We have been in our Klausmeyer for 6 years now. We love our home and our neighborhood. We had a couple carpet and window issues in the first year and Klausmeyer fixed both issues no questions asked. They replaced my master bedroom carpet for free and replaced two window panes. Full Review

They build beautiful homes. I don’t necessarily recommend renting one of their homes under them. Communication is arduous and scattered. Once you can get their attention and/or appropriate understanding, they take care of business well...it’s just getting from that Point A to Point B that’s tricky. Full Review
